About Us

R2 Apogee has 25+ years of experience implementing solutions that streamline hospital operations and workflow, influence the patient experience and support clinicians in diagnosing illnesses more accurately and prescribing optimal care plans for patients.

How We Work

With each customer engagement, we begin with educational sessions designed to give core project team members a solid understanding of the capabilities of the selected partner solution. We’ll assess problem areas, identify improvement opportunities, and propose a solution for your organization. Together, we’ll implement the solution, train staff, and onboard people and achieve targeted objectives. The end result: stated goals are achieved.

Our Customer Confidence Agreement promises that we will never share your data with anyone and that we will ensure the correct security and privacy controls are in place.

Rob Robertson

President, Founder
Rob is a healthcare business and information technology consultant. He manages solutions and services that optimize operations and reduce costs, improve operational workflow, increase revenue, ultimately improving patient outcomes.

Rob has had three distinct careers leading delivery, sales, and budget management for healthcare provider engagements. His greatest accomplishment was designing and building a delivery team and associated implementation methodologies responsible for delivering multiple company IP solutions as well as custom and 3rd party product solutions and services to more than 40 health systems representing 250+ hospitals with more than 1,000 clinics. Rob led a team of project managers to define the overall approach, oversaw the creation of project repeatable deliverables, and put standard operating procedures in place to guide projects to a successful conclusion for the client and the company. Additionally, while leading the P&L, Rob grew revenue and commensurate margin, doubling in five years.
